If you have issues with Aptana opening new instances of itself on Windows in order to fix it, you have two options: uninstall/reinstall the Aptana application (all your settings will be preserved), or follow the .ini workaround on https://jira.appcelerator.org/browse/APSTUD-23.

When Aptana is running and I try to open files from my Windows Explorer (with double click or enter) Aptana displays "Workspace in use or cannot be created, choose a different one" after showing the splash screen for 2-3 seconds.

Aptana Studio 3.2.2 now available. Updates include:

* Aptana tries to open a new instance of itself when opening files via Windows Explorer (re-fixed)* Aptana does not remember spaces settings
* Function outline not linking line numbers properly
* Add editor preference to configure column cutoff for code coloring

In doing testing locally, the scripting bindings don't appear to work at all under Eclipse 4.2. I did some quick debugging, and it just seems like we don't get called back on our listener.
